The 65th Anniversary Warranty program triples the industry average of one year, and in conjunction with JB Pharmatron service and support, it provides increased peace of mind and greater security for investments in laboratory equipment.

Hanson Research was founded in 1951 by Bill Hanson with the goal of providing innovative engineering solutions to industry. They remain fully committed to this founding principle today. Customers can rest assured that when they purchase a Hanson system they are receiving an instrument built to the same uncompromising standards established by Bill Hanson 65 years ago.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

Orders must be shipped and invoiced during calendar year 2016. Qualifying instruments include: Elite 8, Classic 6, AutoPlus, AutoFill, AutoFilter Changer, Media-Mate Plus, 6-Cell Manual Diffusion Test System, and Vision Microette. Accessories not included. 3 year warranty begins on the day the instrument is shipped from Hanson Research. Full system replacement during the first year only. In-place repair after the first year. Hanson Research reserves the right to amend the 3 year warranty program at any time without notice. All other standard terms and conditions shall continue to be in full effect. Commencing January 1, 2017, the standard one-year warranty will go back into effect for systems purchased on or after that date.
